Who is responsible
Minonode is run by Michael Lobzhanidze in Tbilisi, Georgia, who is responsible for the data described here. Contact: hello@minonode.com. This page covers visitors to this website. How client data is handled during a project is described on the Security & data page.
What I collect
- Audit form: your name, your email and/or phone number, your company (optional), the process you select, your description of it (optional), the page and the time of submission — only when you submit the form. If you used them, I also include your ROI-calculator estimate (team size, hours per week, estimated monthly cost and saving) and the package you looked at.
- Meets demo request (meets.minonode.com): your name, company, phone, email (optional), country, team size, the plan and modules you selected in the price calculator, your message and the language of the page — only when you submit the form.
- Browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage): your language choice (
mn-lang,nl_lang,resume-lang), your consent choice (nl_consent), a local copy of a form submission (nl_leads) kept as a fallback if sending fails, and small flags so the site doesn’t show you things you’ve already seen (mn-lead-sent,mn-exit,mn-intro) and your currency choice (mn-cur). This stays in your browser. - Analytics: only with your consent — Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP: aggregated statistics such as page views and which buttons or demos were used.
Why, and legal basis
I process this data to answer your request (a free audit or a demo) and to send you a confirmation email. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR and UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), and the corresponding ground in the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection). Analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who it’s shared with
Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by my email provider (Resend; Formspree as a backup), which also sends you the confirmation email. Analytics data is processed by Google. I do not sell your data.
Retention
I keep lead data only as long as needed to prepare your audit and follow up. You can clear the local copy at any time by clearing your browser data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to me at hello@minonode.com.

Apart from essential browser storage, I enable non-essential analytics only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with this button — the banner will ask again.

- Meets-ის დემოს მოთხოვნა (meets.minonode.com): სახელი, კომპანია, ტელეფონი, ელფოსტა (სურვილისამებრ), ქვეყანა, გუნდის ზომა, ფასის კალკულატორში არჩეული ტარიფი და მოდულები, თქვენი შეტყობინება და გვერდის ენა — მხოლოდ მაშინ, როცა ფორმას აგზავნით.
- ბრაუზერის მეხსიერება (localStorage / sessionStorage): ენის არჩევანი (

რატომ და სამართლებრივი საფუძველი
მონაცემებს ვამუშავებ თქვენი მოთხოვნის (უფასო ანალიზის ან დემოს) საპასუხოდ და დადასტურების წერილის გამოსაგზავნად. სამართლებრივი საფუძველია თქვენი მოთხოვნით შესაძლო ხელშეკრულებამდე ნაბიჯების გადადგმა („პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის შესაბამისი საფუძველი; GDPR და UK GDPR, მუხლი 6(1)(b)). ანალიტიკა მხოლოდ თქვენი თანხმობით ირთვება (მუხლი 6(1)(a)).
ვის გადაეცემა
ფორმის მონაცემებს ჩემს ელფოსტამდე აწვდის ჩემი ელფოსტის პროვაიდერი (Resend; სარეზერვოდ Formspree), რომელიც დადასტურების წერილსაც თქვენ გიგზავნით. ანალიტიკის მონაცემებს ამუშავებს Google. თქვენს მონაცემებს არ ვყიდი.
შენახვის ვადა
განაცხადის მონაცემებს ვინახავ მხოლოდ იმდენ ხანს, რამდენიც საჭიროა ანალიზის მოსამზადებლად და შემდგომი კომუნიკაციისთვის. ლოკალური ასლის წაშლა ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ ბრაუზერის მონაცემების გასუფთავებით.
თქვენი უფლებები (GDPR)
გაქვთ უფლება მოითხოვოთ წვდომა, შესწორება, წაშლა, დამუშავების შეზღუდვა ან მასზე უარი და მონაცემების გადატანა. თანხმობის გაუქმება ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ. მომწერეთ: hello@minonode.com.
